Refund policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be in the same condition that you received it.
• It must be unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.
• You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

Important:

• Do not send your item back without contacting us first.
• Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.

 

Return Shipping

Once your return is accepted:

• We will EMAIL you a return shipping label for FREE along with instructions on how to download the label, and where to send your package.
• Return shipping is free in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
• For other returns, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund, unless stated otherwise.

 

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at orders@naturescore.co.nz if:

• Your item is damaged or defective
• You received the wrong item

We will evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.


Exchanges

To exchange an item:

• Please initiate a return for the item you wish to exchange.
• Once approved and returned, place a new order for the replacement item.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

• We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at orders@naturescore.co.nz


 

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must meet the same return conditions listed above.
